My son Coleby is a supported employee through Witmore Workshop and we have had an outstanding experience. He looks forward to attending work every Monday and has grown in confidence, skills, and independence. The staff are supportive, caring and genuinely invested in the wellbeing and development of each employee. We are very grateful for the positive impact Witmore has had on his life.

On first meeting Rachel and Toni with my son Luke, I felt comforted my son would be in good hands after leaving the Central coast and another disability service he was used to for over 30 years. Luke has been with Witmore's for over four and half years now and absolutely loves the interaction with participants and carers. Witmore's is a very well structured organisation who care deeply for their participants. Communication from the carers is always welcome and appreciated and I always feel very confident my son is in good hands. Nothing is a problem for the carers and they are very approachable no matter what you need to know. The programmes on offer for the participants are amazing and complete a week of wonderful experiences .

“My son has been attending Witmore from an early age. Starting with social outings on weekends and then progressing to Community Programs five days a week. My son has developed and learnt so much from Witmore. The caring staff give 110% to their support of the clients, and Witmore offers so many great activities that really interact with the community. My son enjoys the supported holidays; as he has become older, he wants to holiday less and less with his family as he is grown up and wants his own independence. Witmore feels like one big family and I feel comfortable knowing my son is in such caring hands each day with the support they give. I would highly recommend this service for anyone after a more personable service than the large providers.”
